A Board of Trustees governs the village. The board consists of seven members, mayor and six trustees. The board along with the village clerk are elected positions. The village also has approximately ten other employees, including the Treasurer, Water Bill Collector, Police Chief, Administrative Assistants, and Maintenance Personnel.
