On June 26, IDPH released guidelines that Illinois pools may open with 50% capacity. Previously, Clifton expected to limit attendance to only 50 attendees, so this will increase the attendance for each session to 135.
The Clifton Centennial Pool will not open until water temperature is 80 degrees, chemicals are regulated, and all lifeguard training is completed. We anticipate an opening day of Wednesday, July 1 or Thursday, July 2. For the most updated news on the pool's schedule, visit
